    • Express Shipping: 5 business days (if applicable)

    • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner service availability.

4. Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

    • You can track your shipment through our website or the courier partner’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

    • While we strive for timely deliveries, delays due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. International Shipping

    • Currently, we do/do not offer international shipping.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

    • Ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. RB Clothing House is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

    • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

    • If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery with pictures for verification.

    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
